TRICEPS:
Triceps is muscle on the back of the arm, consisting of long, inner and outer head.
Again, you share in the exercises in which angle the shoulder joint is in. For example, the arm above the head burdened the long head any more. Different approach also provides variety. Here are some triceps trainings which can be helpful:

FRENCH PRESS:

Grasp the bar with a shoulder width grip with straight arms and wrists straight. Hold your elbows and lower the bar slowly. Stretch back to straight arms. The elbows must be in the same position all the time. The further back you start with your elbows, the heavier it becomes. (muscle is more tense when the top position). Start with your elbows directly above the shoulders and lower the bar to your forehead. Do you further back, the bar behind your head.

PUSHDOWNS:

Take a few steps back to the bar and stand firmly Having a grip that is slightly less than shoulder width apart. To get to the start position to start by pressing the weight to the hips and lock your elbows at the side of you.

Bend at the elbows and check the weight up to your forehead. With an explosive motion as you push the weight back to the elbows lock completely and you get a full contraction of the triceps. Repeat this until you have completed the required number of reps.

Shape:
To get the most out of this exercise, it is important that you lean forward and allow the arms moved.
Do not be so strict as to limit stretch.
That you bend forward and raises the bar above the frontal bone increases the length of the exercise and allows better muscle fiber recruitment.
Take advantage of this and do not restrict the length.
Comments:
By moving yourself naturally through exercise, you will be able to create more power.
It leads to more congestion and it leads to better stimulus.

I prefer to grip the bar with your thumbs over the bar. (false grip) I like feeling better in the wrist and I think I can place more stress on the triceps with this type of grip. When you perform this correctly, then pushdowns a good exercise for triceps development.
