So pharma started production in Bulgaria in 1933. It’s the first production laboratory for production of medicinal products in Bulgaria. So pharma produced ampoules, tablets, extracts, chemical products, hygiene and cosmetic products in the laborotary. Those products become very popular in a short period of time with their high quality.

So Pharma built a new laboratory in 1942, it’s called as “Galenus”. With the new laboratory, it increased production quality, capacity and pharmacutical variety, got faster development. In 1953 all machines for production of solid forms are moved to Galenus. Production capacity of each machine reached 5576 tablets per hour. The main products that are produced in Galenus are Aspirin, Chinin and Doverin.

In September 2000, So Pharma becomes a private pharmaceutical company. In 2003, president of teh Republic of Bulgaria George Parvanov officialy opened the new pharmaceutical plant “So Pharma Vrabevo”. So Pharma invested 20 billion BGN for that plant. With that plant, So Pharma is accepted GMP standards.

In 2005 Sopharma opened the most modern logistics center in Bulgaria (logistics terminal) for distribution of pharmaceutical products. The logistics center fully complies with the European Good Distribution Practice (GDP).

In 2007 Sopharma made the next step in modernization and increased production capacity in the tablet production of Bulgarian Rose - Sevtopolis AD, Kazanlak. The official opening of the new plant for pharmaceutical substances took place in 2008. So Pharma is developing itself day by day, especially So Pharma Clenbuterol become a top/best seller products for sale online in USA and Europe.
