What is SUSTANON and what is it used for?

• The active substance of SUSTANON changes into testosterone in the body.

• Testosterone is a natural male hormone that is produced in testicles (ovaries in males) and is required for normal growth and development of male sex characteristics with male sex organs, essential for body hairs  and bone and muscle development and stimulate the production of red blood cells. Allows thickening of the sound. Testosterone-containing products are used to replace testosterone in individuals with or without natural testosterone (a condition called hypogonadism).

How to use ? Instructions for proper use and dose / frequency of usage
This medicine should only be administered by a doctor or nurse. Your physician will decide on the dosage of the drug to be applied to you depending on the condition of your disease. Generally, 1 ml injection every three weeks is sufficient.
Method of doing Injections: should be done intramuscularly (syringe) (hip, upper leg or upper arm).

Use in children: SUSTANON contains benzyl alcohol and should therefore not be used in premature infants, newborns and children under three years of age. Toxic (intoxication-related) reactions can be seen on infants and children up to 3 years of age and allergic (hypersensitivity) reactions. If you have an impression that SUSTANON's effect is too strong (for example, it may manifest itself in men with frequent stiffness in the sexual organ) or if it is weak,consult your doctor or pharmacist
 Talk to a doctor or pharmacist if you have used more than you should use or if you forgot to use SUSTANON.
Do not take double doses to compensate for forgotten doses.

Effects that may occur when treatment with SUSTANON is terminated
The SUSTANON effect does not disappear immediately after discontinuation of therapy. The effects disappear slowly.

What are the possible side effects?

Like all medicines, SUSTANON may have side effects in people who are sensitive to the substances contained in its contents.

The frequency of the following adverse reactions is not known. Therefore, these adverse events are not known (cannot be estimated from the available data).

Side effects reported with testosterone treatment in general:
-itching
-acne (acne)
-nausea
-changes in liver function tests
-cholesterol level change (change in lipid metabolism)
-depression (mental depression), irritability, temperament disorder
-muscle pain (myalgia)
-collecting fluid in tissues (swelling in the wrist and feet)
-increased blood pressure (hypertension)
-an increase in the number of red blood cells (oxygen-carrying cells in your blood)
-increase or decrease in sexual desire
-long and painful stiffness in the penis
-Reduction and degradation of sperm formation
-feminization (eg in male breast growth)
-prostate growth
-increase in prostate cancer related blood test (increased PSA)
-progression in small prostate cancer not yet identified (subclinical prostate cancer progression)

Due to the nature of SUSTANON, side effects do not improve immediately after discontinuation of treatment. In general, injections can cause local reactions at the injection site.
DO NOT USE SUSTANON in the following cases:

• If you have prostate or breast cancer, if you have cancer doubts

• if you are hypersensitive to one or more of the product's adjuvants

 •  Children under 3 years

 • if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

        USE SUSTANON CAREFULLY

        Since testosterone may cause early sexual development and growth disorder, close supervision is required by the physician in the treatment of young boys. Close treatment is required by the physician in the treatment of older men as they may cause the prostate gland to grow. Also, the oxygen carrying capacity (hemoglobin) of your red blood cells at regular intervals will be tested. Very rarely, the number of red blood cells may increase enough to cause complications. • Rectal prostate examination and PSA (prostate cancer indicator) level in the blood for benign prostate growth or undetected prostate cancer

• hematocrit and hemoglobin for increased red blood cells

Please consult with your doctor if these warnings are valid for you, even at any time in the past

Also,

• If you are elderly

• If you are a boy before puberty

• You are receiving long-term treatment

• If you have changed gender from a woman to a man

• Your family or yourself  have had breast cancer, if you have a history of uterine cancer, your doctor will need to monitor you closely.
