THYMOSIN A1 Deus Medical

1 vials 10 mg
Overview
THYMOSIN A1 (Thymosin Alpha-1) is a chemically synthesized peptide fragment of a naturally occurring peptide widely used to treat diseases such as hepatitis B and C, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), tuberculosis, peritonitis, HIV, and cancer. It has been discovered to modulate the immune system and facilitate recovery in all stages of critical health.
Mechanism of Action
THYMOSIN A1 acts by restoring immune function, i.e., boosting cell-mediated immunity through T-cells. It is vital in the process of T-cell differentiation, maturation, and in general, their functioning. Acting on greater than one receptor, Thymosin A1 stimulates proliferation of other immune cells and boosts innate immunity. The peptide controls and enhances the immune system and thus is advantageous to patients who have impaired immune systems. It has a half-life of around 3 hours and is hence short-acting, relatively speaking.
Dosage
The correct dosage of THYMOSIN A1 (Thymosin Alpha-1) must be prescribed by a doctor since it varies with individual requirements and the disease to be treated. Always adhere to the doctor's instructions regarding dosage.
Side Effects
Although THYMOSIN A1 is very tolerable, under some circumstances a mild irritation reaction at the site of injection may occur. Even an exceedingly rare reaction in the form of a negative effect in the form of a cytokine storm can happen, where the immune system of the body overreacts.
Interactions
No data on the potential interaction with other drugs with THYMOSIN A1 is currently available. Inform your doctor about any other drugs or supplements you are currently taking before you start Thymosin A1 therapy.
